Information we collect

• Contact details you send for quotes, support, and account access.
• API keys, account identifiers, request metadata, timestamps, IP addresses, and usage logs.
• Prompts, image inputs, outputs, and job metadata needed to process requests, debug failures, prevent abuse, and bill usage.
• Billing records handled through support and payment providers. We do not store full card numbers.

How we use it

• Provide, secure, monitor, and improve the API.
• Quote pricing, manage account catalogs, calculate usage, and provide support.
• Detect abuse, enforce limits, investigate incidents, and comply with law.

Website analytics

We use Google Analytics on public marketing pages to measure page views, scroll depth, and clicks on quote, docs, sign-in, and contact links. We do not load Google Analytics inside the authenticated API console, and we do not send API keys, account names, prompts, balances, usage totals, or model-level usage as analytics event parameters.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share data only with service providers needed to run the API, when legally required, or to protect the service and our users.

Retention and security

We keep account, usage, billing, and audit data as long as needed for operations, security, tax, dispute, and legal purposes. We use reasonable safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee perfect security.
