Service

cheapaiapi provides image generation API access, account-level pricing, usage tracking, and support. Access is private and may require approval, payment, and usage limits.

Accounts and API keys

• You are responsible for your API keys and all activity under your account.
• You must keep credentials confidential and notify us about suspected compromise.
• You must be able to enter a binding agreement for your company or yourself.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the API for illegal, abusive, harmful, or rights-violating content.
• Do not bypass limits, probe private systems, scrape internals, or disrupt the service.
• Do not resell access without written permission.
• You are responsible for prompts, inputs, outputs, and downstream use in your product.

Pricing and availability

Pricing may be account-specific. Quotes depend on model mix, volume, latency, fallback needs, and availability. The service is provided as is unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.

Generated content and liability

You are responsible for reviewing generated content for your use case and applicable rules. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
